    These people are completely incompetent. I can't figure out if they are intentionally trying to defraud me, or if they are just idiots. They have left my family without a working water system for ten weeks, and it has taken three separate attempts to repair. After attempt number three, the system is still not working. I've spent hundreds of dollars on water and doing laundry at the laundromat because the water is so full of iron that it is unusable. These people should not be allowed to be in business. What they are doing is criminal.
